Tech N9ne is known for being one of the most talented purveyors of the horror core sub genre, his music broke through from the underground scene in the late 90's, early 2000's.
Tech N9ne is known for his mind blowing rhyme schemes and speed rap abilities known as the Chopper style, his influence from old school hip-hop combined with horror core has crafted him a unique place in the music market.
His ambitious career has included a string of collaborations, on many of his albums and a homage to the legendary Michael Jackson. As well as his 2010 concept album, K.O.D.
Tech N9ne is also featured on Lil Wayne's 9th studio album Tha Carter IV on the song "Interlude". The track features a verse from Tech and Andre 3000. During a radio interview with Funkmaster Flex in August 2010, Lil Wayne stated that he and Tech N9ne formed a "brotherhood" and in a later interview, Tech N9ne mentioned that he felt the song would "awaken a lot of other people that wouldn't usually look his way."
