Three Cheers for Twenty Years! Crashing into the scene with their first EP back in 2006, Mayday Parade became an instant favorite among pop-punk and emo lovers around the world. From two bands who happened to practice in the same building to conquering a massive movement for emo & punk rockheads, these fellas have become an essential name in music through the 2000s. Now, they're celebrating their 20th anniversary milestone, bringing their greatest hits and new music to the stage.
One of their first songs ever was "Three Cheers For Five Years", making it to their debut EP "Tales Told by Dead Friends" which sold over 50,000 copies independently. Gaining massive attention from emo fans and labels alike, they subsequently released their debut LP "A Lesson in Romantics", certified RIAA Gold, selling over 200k copies. Quickly becoming one of the biggest names in pop-punk, Mayday Parade stirred a musical revolution.
Packed with attitude, angst, and sky-high energies, the band won itself a loyal army of fans who'll stand up for themselves. Rockin' the same attitude, the whole gang is truly unstoppable.With a new LP "Sweet" (part of a three-part abum) coming out on April 18th, fans are stoked to hear what these rockers have to offer.
