Their 2004 album, Ashes of the Wake, was their major label debut, and the album entered the Billboard 200’s Top 30 upon its release. The record later sold over 500,000 copies in the U.S., making it Lamb of God’s best-selling album to date.

Grammy-winning metal group Mastodon is also a highly influential band that’s known for their progressive and sludge metal sound. They released their sophomore effort, Leviathan, 2004 and made a phenomenal breakthrough on the Billboard 200, Heatseekers, and Independent Albums charts. The album spawned three outstanding hits, “Iron Tusk,” “Naked Burn,” and “Blood and Thunder.”
