KESHI — one of the world’s biggest R&B acts is back on the road in support of his sophomore album REQUIEM. With tour dates scheduled around the globe, he’s stoked to share his big hits across his discography and fresh new anthems from the record. Dropping the whole album last September, the man’s got a roster of new hits and fan-favorite deep cuts — “Say”, “Dream”, “Texas”, “ID”, “Like That”, “Euphoria”, “Night”, and so much more. Bringing it all to the big stage, it’s an electrifying experience you can’t miss.
A record that unveils deeper sides to his personality, fans and critics raved about the artist’s growth and maturity — exploring new themes, sounds, and styles served up with the signature smooth Keshi flow.
“The thing with me is, you're never going to get an album that sounds homogenous," he told GRAMMY in an interview. "I'm a very proud musician, and I want to be able to showcase that I can make a lot of different types of songs.”
Serving something new and fresh, it’s Keshi’s desire to keep on developing his sound and making his stories shine. “Nothing is worse to me than the idea of making an album that sounds like my [previous] one,” he said, explaining how certain elements can be familiar but not totally the same. As daring as he can be, his new project features influences from the likes of Queen & The Beatles to city pop, blending his dreamy soundscapes with electrifying elements of classic rock and prog in the mix.
Kicking off his biggest tour yet, the man will be joined on stage by Mac Ayres and Starfall as his special guests. “It's surreal in the sense that these are venues that people only dream about going to,” Keshi told USA TODAY as the thought of his biggest live trek sinks in.
From intimate halls to huge arenas, the artist has come a long way since his early beginnings with “The Reaper”. Expanding his sonic reach, the man has captured an audience who crave his honest, hard-hitting, and smooth tracks that always serve something new. “I like so many different genres of music and so many different styles. I like being versatile,” he told USA Today.
Taking over STAGE AE, the man is set to perform in an awesome night right under the stars. Packed with electrifying sounds and visuals, his smooth voice will have you rocking the night away. Located in the heart of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, it’s in close proximity to a selection of pubs, restos, bars, and shops that make it a top choice for a concert night out.
