ABOUT BRAND NEW

Brand New released their debut album, Your Favorite Weapon, in 2001. Having gained some traction, the band was quick into becoming emo rock’s fastest rising stars. By the time they released Deja Entendu in 2003, they became a household name. The single, “The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows,” entered Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart. At this same time, Brand New also made their breakthrough into U.K. rock chart, landing at a cool number 4. In 2007, the band’s single “Jesus Christ” from, the album The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me earned gold certification in the U.S.  By this time, fans regard Brand New as one of the most influential emo rock bands to come out of the early 2000s. Two years later, their album Daisy became their first ever entry into Billboard 200’s top 10. They would break that record almost ten years later when their latest album Science Fiction which not only topped the Billboard 200, but also topped the Alternative and Mainstream Rock chart.
