Electronic music project, Big Data are coming to Stage AE on Saturday 4th April 2015! Their sound style is clever, edgy and defines a whole new genre, describing themselves as 'Paranoid Pop', their music is catchy and their videos play on concepts of modern day life, especially surrounding man vs machine. Best known for their single "Dangerous", featuring Joywave, which reached number one on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart in August 2014. This exciting band is definitely one to watch!

Big Data are a modern electro pop project, with two main members and founded by producer Alan Wilkis. The music is inspired by concepts of humans vs. technology and their thoughts on how we are being controlled. It's an interesting, refreshing spin on the mainstream charts that hasn't been seen for years.
During 2000-2010, Alan Wilkis established himself on the music scene, by producing remix version's of songs such as "Sweet Disposition" by Temper Trap and "Demons" originally by Fenech-Soler.
In 2012, Big Data was created and in the same year a four-track EP titled 1.0 was released, which included collaborations with Joywave, Paul Holmes, and World War. Their hit track "Dangerous", the music video involves a jaw dropping concept, with many twists along the way. Their guys are causing quite a stir!
