Country sensation Morgan Wade is riding the momentum of her incredible 2023 sophomore record, Psychopath, into her next LP, Obsessed. Out August 16th through Ladylike Records/Sony, the album boasts previously released singles “Halloween” and “2AM in London” as well as teaser track “Time to Love, Time to Kill.” “Morgan's sensational vocals really let this track soar as we get emotion, soul and groove that just catches your attention from the get go, the cool keys allow the blues effect to wander freely through the track as the musicianship just elevates this country-style ballad track to another level,” says Jace Media Music about “Time to Love, Time to Kill.”

Morgan Wade teamed up with Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit guitarist Sadler Vaden to produce her first two records but went in-house for Obsessed and got her touring guitarist Clint Wells to produce. Morgan Wade has sole songwriting credits on the mixtape, but the 14-track opus will feature her first collaboration as the Grammy-nominated superstar Kesha joins her on “Walked On Water”. The “Wilder Days” artist will take the new album out on the road with a headlining trek, set to run from July to November. With support from solo artists Jesper Lindell, Cameron Whitcomb, Clover County, Madeline Edwards, and Abbey Cone on various dates, the Obsessed Tour kicks things off on July 20 in Fargo, North Dakota at a co-headlining gig with John Moreland, and makes its way to the iconic Stage AE in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 7.
